Student Success
Statement
“My basic principle is that you don’t
make decisions because they are easy; you don’t make them because they are
cheap; you don’t make them because they’re popular; you make them because they’re right.”
-
Theodore Hesburgh
Reflection:
This quote means that when we make a decision we make sure
that we make the right one, instead of choosing the one that doesn’t lead us
into danger and unfortunate causes. Sometimes the decision we make is believed
from our gut. And normally it’s right. We have to start making all the shaming
and illegal uses unpopular and start making an actual welcoming community. We
have to start choosing the right.
