“Great beauty, great strength, and
great riches are really and truly of no great use; a right heart exceeds all.”
Reflection:
I think what Franklin says is that just because
you have better things than other people, doesn’t make you superior than them. By having a good heart you will exceed most
people because they don’t see how good it can be to be nice and caring and
diplomatic. You might be rich but that doesn’t mean you are a better person.
Actions determine who you really are
